Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending appointments within any agreed service timeframe. A booking can be managed from your confirmation email, or by contacting Laurie Bonser.
Requests to cancel or reschedule appointments should be made at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Laurie Bonser Energy reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibility
Clients understand that personal growth, coaching, and energy-based services require active participation and personal responsibility.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, mental health, physical health, and wellbeing.
